“Developing and maintaining good wellbeing helps us to deal with the opportunities and challenges that come our way”

If you are referred to wellbeing

Following initial assessment, wellbeing navigators will discuss needs and concerns and outline the available wellbeing options. Our wellbeing offer includes seminars, online support and navigation. Seminars will be delivered by two psychological wellbeing practitioners and supported and promoted by community organisations.

Close partnership working and co-production is at the heart of or wellbeing delivery. Some service users benefit from supported navigation and we have commissioned specific support for key population groups in Merton through Carers Support for Merton, Focus-4-1 and the Wimbledon Guild.
