Our Wellbeing workshops cover topics such as  : Coping with Stress, Improving Sleep, Managing anger and irritability, Relaxation techniques, Building self-confidence, Understanding anxiety, Wellbeing for carers , Living well with chronic pain  and many more  are offered on a weekly basis . They are free, quick and simple to access with no waiting list
